To run a business, one needs to choose a good location because there are customers or no customers because the location is good or bad. Here are some suggestions on how to look or get an appointment for antique items.

1. Close to customers

How close are your customers to your business? In order for your business to be successful, you need to be close to the target area and easily accessible. For example, you sell food, so the place to sell is on a busy street near the tourist area in the downtown area where there are other shops because if they buy when they are hungry, they will come to us. Another example is that if our business is a bookstore, the best place to open is near a school or university.

2. Adequate infrastructure

You think for sure that if we are close to competitors, we will not have many customers because busy competing with each other. But the fact is that when an area sells a lot of similar products, it will make it easier for customers to remember and also bring more customers to that area. In Phnom Penh, for example, we see many gold and diamond shops in Phsar Thom Thmei or motorcycle and spare parts shops around Orussey Market… When we want to buy those products, we will definitely want to visit those places.
