International experts say that buying an office for rent in Phnom Penh has a return of up to 20% of their annual return on investment.
CSA Real Estate Group CEO Alan Neo said on Friday evening that buying office space for profit was a new trend in Phnom Penh, but the concept was coming to Phnom Penh. While few Cambodians know this, it is a good investment.
“This trend will change in Boeung Keng Kang I and the high return on investment will increase the purchase of office space for rent in Phnom Penh,” he said.
Due to this new market concept and trend, office builders for rent started with Golden Tower322 project, which has been under construction, especially this project provides innovative ideas and brings world-class office standards.
Mr. Alan Neo explained that the reason why buying office space for investment is highly profitable is because Boeung Keng Kang 1 area has less office space for rent, attracting foreign visitors, increasing new companies, the arrival of more and more international companies are looking for standard offices and the trend of moving from home offices to standard offices is growing.
